Privacy Policy
Evora Agent is a personal assistant that connects your account, chosen AI models, long-term memory, MCP clients, and optional WhatsApp access. This policy explains the personal data used to provide that service.
Information we process
- Account details such as your name and email address.
- Workspace settings, MCP grants, and Pro subscription status.
- Prompts, assistant responses, WhatsApp messages, and the durable memories you choose to save.
- Encrypted or hashed channel identifiers, pairing records, and technical security data needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, run your personal assistant, retrieve your saved memories, connect approved clients and channels, administer Pro, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
Service providers
Data is processed only as needed by infrastructure and product providers including Cloudflare, Neon, Stripe, selected AI model providers, Meta and WhatsApp, and transactional email providers. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Evora Agent.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We disclose information to service providers that operate Evora Agent, when you direct us to, or when required for security or by law.
Retention and your controls
Information is retained while needed to operate your account. You can inspect or delete saved memories, disconnect WhatsApp, revoke MCP access, and delete your account. Account deletion initiates deletion of user-owned records, subject to limited security, legal, and provider-backup retention.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted secrets, signed requests, and user-scoped storage predicates to protect personal data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards and data-processing terms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Evora Agent changes. The date above identifies the current version.
